Overview of job

• We focus on US market with product on banking, blockchain, AI
• Work with US clients and development team;
• Build test plan;
• Test strategy composition and tasks estimation;
• Understand project requirements and identify test requirements/Prepare test data;
• Develop and maintain and execute manual test cases for mobile application and web application project;
• Actively provide feedback on assignments;
• Identify and analyze and report test result;
• Report and monitor defects in the defect tracking system;
• Directly communicate issues and do demo to client;
• Communicate issues to the project manager in timely manner;
• Handle most difficult/complex technical assignments;
• Handle multiple assignment concurrently;
• Coordinate with project management to make sure the project goes smoothly

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related;
• Senior Position required 4+ years experience testing with mobile and web application
• Project Lead position required at least 2+ years working experience in QC Lead position;Assistant Project Manager 
• Lead candidate with good English communication will be promote to PM after few months of working.
• Solid experience in creating and implementing test strategies and detailed test plan, test case;
• Strong experience in estimating test activities and deliverable;
• Good knowledge in testing methodology and database skill is required;
• Experience with cross browser, cross platform;
• Careful and logical thinking;
• Adapt working OT to complete the release on time;
• Can work well under pressure and work independently;
• Experience with US clients will be a big priority and an attractive salary will be paid according to ability.
