Overview of job

• Acknowledge business goal, business workflow & process & map with product flow &
  features. Then, identify the gaps between them and propose feature adjustment &
  improvement to fit gap;
• Conduct test plan & launching plan, work with stakeholders to launch & handle
  operations of product in post-launch phase;
• Support users to onboard & have a good experience when exploring user flows;
• Capture, monitor and follow handling product feedback, business gap, & issues.

• No probation period;

• Have 3 years of experience as product operations, business analyst, product tester or
  relevant roles;
• Have hands-on experience in conduct test plan & launching product/releasing
  features;
• Be experienced in working with requirements analysis, modeling, and diagramming is
  a plus;
• Be a logical and detailed-oriented person;
• Have customer mindset & good communicate skill;
• Be eager to explore new things and prove yourself as a fast-learner.
