Overview of job

• Collaborate with Head of Global Application Management by tracking measurable and achievable goals, recognizing successes, managing corrective actions, and/or meeting as necessary with service support team to provide timely management oversight
• Co-ordinate with other teams and customer to ensure the SLA of IT Operation services as a Service Owner 
• Manage the Application Management team to manage and maintain middleware, virtualization, cloud system and all business software/applications to ensure high availability of the system as committed SLA with customers
• Ensure the latest update with security patches or update are implemented middleware, applications/software to comply with company regulation & ISMS/ISO 27001 policies 
• Ensure 24/7 support is available for operation team in case of IT incidents 
• Contribute in ISMS/ISO 27001, ISO20000 policies, procedures 
• Assist IT Manager in IT governance for all established framework (ISMS/ISO27001, ISO20000, ISO14001) 
• Create reports: weekly reports, monthly reports, incident reports, system / application performance report, regular maintenance report and other reports as required by IT Manager 
• Other duties as assigned by Direct Manager

1. Specialities

• Experience in work with document processing platforms or business systems (2-3 years minimum)
• Wide knowledge in different area (network, server hardware, system, database, software …)
• Knowledge about software development, software lifecycle  
• Knowledge about DevOps system: CI/CD, Jenkin, Puppet, Git, Kibana, Elasticsearch... 
• Linux, Windows Server, Virtualization, Cloud Management(IBM cloud, AWS cloud – K8S) (Must)
