Overview of job

• Install PC, preparation IT stuff for the newcomer.
• Provide support to users; work directly with them to resolve their problems related to any IT services.
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Troubleshoot and monitor networks, servers, and workstation computer software/hardware problems to maintain an efficient environment with minimal interruption to the operation.
• Troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with ISPs/partners on network optimization.
• Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection.
• Monitor and manage user’s network usage, protect users from unsafe, dangerous, illegal, and harmful websites or materials.
• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
• Other duties and responsibilities will be directed by IT Leader or Director/Head Unit.

• College or university, major in computer science, information technology, or equivalent.
• At least 3-4 years of experience as a server/network engineer.
• Familiar with OS platforms such as Linux, macOS...
• Familiar with office application (MS Office, MS Visio) as well as mail client tool (MS Outlook, Thunderbird)
• Basic understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
• Experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
• Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Docker)
• Experience of developing automated scripts diagnosing the network vulnerabilities is a plus.
• Knowledge in information security principles and practices (network security, cryptography, etc.) and applying those for the purpose of data protection is a plus.
• Understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
• CCNA, MCSA certificate requirement.
• Having CCNP, MCSE, LPI is a plus
• Good command in English (TOEIC 600+)
• Preferred language (for applications): English.
