Job description
Overview of job
- Communication between customer and offshore
- Perform requirement hearing and analysis, solution proposal
- Perform basic design, detailed design, test design creation/review in Japanese if needed
- Perform deliverables review for the offshore team if needed
- Assist project manager on project scope, estimation, planning; monitoring, and controlling
- Support UAT testing and verifying bugs/issues

Job Requirement
- Japanese level equivalent to N2 or above
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Has 2+ years of experience in software development
- Has 2+ years of experience in participating in a series of required tasks (requirement hearing and analysis, basic design, detailed design)
- Has 2+ years of experience with one of the following technology stacks/platforms: Web application (Java, C#, PHP, Front-end language), Mobile application (Android, iOS), Embedded (C/C++), Salesforce, SAP, RPA
