Overview of job

Key Activity:

• Develop new applications based on business requirements.
• Improve current applications based on business requirements.
• Support development team on Analyzing requirements and Designing new applications.
• Attends to both business and technical considerations when designing solutions to project/team or company related issues.
• Support implement team on UAT and training end users.
• Working with IT application suppliers as PM, solution architect, BA role (depend on each project) for building/improving application.
• Supervise development team.

Desired Results: 

• Mobile or web application fulfilling the business needs.
• Design documentation.
• Providing valuable input/advice to the business regarding technical issues.
• Support UAT team actively and on-time finalizing tasks at customer level.
• Application project go-live on time, cost spent within budget, quality meet expectation from both business requirement and technical requirement.
• Task list and project portfolio updated and in control. Weekly and monthly report sent on-time-in-full.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Software engineering.

Experience:

• 5+ years experience in project development, project management.
• 2+ years experience in leading team 2-5 people .
• Fresher can be considered if showing high competence

Competencies:

• Good knowledge of OOP, clean code.
• Proficient C#, NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework and SQL Server.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Language(s):

• Vietnamese and English
  (Fluently in verbal and comprehensive in written)

Other Requirements:

• Experience of JavaScript front-end framework: Xamarine, Angular, React, NodeJS, Figma, …
• Experience of Mobile development which support multiple phone OS: Android, iOS, Windows phone.
• Knowledge of security and performance optimization.
• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies e.g. AWS, Azure.
