Job description
Overview of job
- Support the product team on a daily basis by fulfilling to customer/partner requests via email/phone/ITSM tool
- Handle tasks in accordance with the L2, L3 support processes via the BMC Remedy ticket system within the agreed-upon SLAs
- Monitoring of Servers & its performance, Scheduled tasks, SAN/File sharing, Network components and Database Usage
- Provide a monitoring report based on the agreed-upon routine
- Maintain Know-How and User Guide documentation
- Optimization of daily routine task via scripting in monitoring and action alert
- Enhance the Power Bi reporting (SQL DB) solution
- Troubleshooting Windows and network issues for end users
- Provide a proactive solution to the foreseeable problems
- As part of the team, acquire access to the current system architecture and recommend solutions to improve it
- Coordination among consultants and developers from Germany, Poland, China, India, and Vietnam, as well as external suppliers

Job Requirement
- Practical knowledge of an incident and problem management tool (ITSM)
- Knowledge on Windows Terminal Server (WTS), Server implementation, Logon Scripts, Citrix Client, Mapping printer
- Knowledge on database (query scripts, optimization, administration) one of these Oracle, MS-SQL-Server, MS-Access
- Knowledge of Windows PowerShell Scripting
- Experienced in Windows Platform and Windows services (AD, LDAP, IIS, Proxy…)
- Extensive experience preparing Technical Reports and Documentation for a variety of target audiences (Level 3 support and End users)
- Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills for WTS, Windows services, Network latency
- Knowledge of system architecture is a plus
- Knowledge of Power BI reporting is a plus
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Quality management (CAQ) tool/application usage and implementation is a plus
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills in English

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
