Job description
Overview of job
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Work with customer team (user proxies, tester), hold user story workshop to collect user stories
- Define project appetite, categorize User Story into in scope, out scope, AR, CR, TR
- Discuss daily with the development team to calculate velocity, define product road map, deliverables milestones
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Help prepare budgets
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Support on oversee project procurement management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
- Be responsible for backlog of 1 to 2 agile development team

Job Requirement
- 2+ years of working experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in software outsource or product development is a plus
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a large team
- Fluent English
