Overview of job

• Plan and design UI/UX for Mobile Apps, Web app and Websites for product.
• Optimize existing UI designs.
• Work with stakeholders, Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and Data Scientists to understand their goals and design products from concept to product launch
• Test new ideas before implementing.
• Create prototypes for new product ideas.

1. Education Level:

• Graduated from University or Schools of Information Technology

2. Knowledge/Expertise:

• Have 2-3 years of experience as Product designer, UI/UX designer
• Experience in designing apps for mobile apps and website
• Experience in product design for fintech is an advantage
• Proficient in using Figma (design, handover, prototype)
• Have ability to think about design systems and make rational decisions
• Create and maintain a design system that works across multiple products.
• Understand the technical limitations and have enough redundancy behind decisions to communicate with team.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate design and the decisions to it through strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

3. Skills:

• Skilled in visual design, especially building visual hierarchy, and paying attention to details in typography, spacing, and color.
• Have written and visual presentation skills
