Overview of job

Quality Assurance

• Analyze the requirements and define the planning for implementing the automation or performance testing by following the strategy of project
• Work closely with QC team to ensure the automation or performance testing are being applied properly
• Share the daily report of automation or performance testing to QC team, and ensure they have been noticed
• Send the weekly report of automation or performance testing to SM/PD/QAM or higher level
• Track and ensure the automation or performance testing target will be reached successfully
• Co-ordinate with QC teams to ensure the automation or performance testing are being applied properly based on the strategy and planning
• Escalate any risk or issue related to automation or performance testing that QC team can't figure out a solution or preventing action
• Balance the automation & performance skills for QC by proactively conducting the trainings

Technical Stuffs

• Involve with Automation ARC to build or enhance the framework
• Involve with Automation ARC for training and mentoring the members
• Support QC team to unblock any difficulty or blocker in the project
• Involve with Automation ARC for estimation the automation or performance testing effort if requested
• Involve into the project to develop the automation or performance scripts for the complicated features or when QC team doesn't have enough skill or capacity
• Be responsibile to ensure all the automation & performance scripts are deployed and run on Jenkins every day
• Involve to review the automation & performance scripts developed by QC team
• Ensure the automation & performance scripts are pushed to project's GIT (or an alternative source code control tool)

Experiences

• 4-5 years experience in IT industry
• 3-5 years experience in Tester or Quality Control

Hard Skills

1. Expert knowledge and testing skills for CMS, browsers, web & Mobile technologies

• CMS: AEM, Sitecore, etc.
• E-commerce website, Telecom, Bank, Hospital, etc.

2. Expert knowledge and skills of QC/QA techniques:

• Smoke Testing
• Sanity Testing
• Integration Testing, Re-testing, Regression Testing
• White vs Black Box Testing
• Have knowledge about software testing process and SDLC (Software development Life Cycle).

3. Review documents and analyze requirements:

• Identify the scope of project (templates, pages, components, etc.)
• Identify missing artifacts related to requirement (e.g. PSD, wireframe, etc.)

4. Define and maintain Test Cases

5. Expert automated testing knowledges and skills included but not limitted:

• Selenium WebDriver
• Cucumber
• WebDriver.io
• CyPress
• Appium

6. Expert performance testing knowledges and skills included but not limited:

- Use JMeter for performance testing development
