Đơn vị: Hội sở chính – Khối CNTT
Địa điểm: TP. Hồ Chí Minh
Mô tả công việc:
Vận hành các ứng dụng như Corebanking(Flexcube), LOS, hệ thống giao dịch tại quầy(Teller Apps), hệ thống báo cáo và các ứng dụng CNTT khác.
• Hỗ trợ, hướng dẫn người dùng.
• Xử lý sự cố, yêu cầu nghiệp vụ.
• Quản trị user, phân quyền hệ thống.
• Raise các issue, phối hợp với đối tác xử lý issue, test các bản patch, fixed trước khi apply lên môi trường Live.
• Phát triển báo cáo, cung cấp số liệu theo yêu cầu.
Job Requirement
Các yêu cầu về bằng cấp/chứng chỉ:
• Tốt nghiệp đại học - chuyên ngành công nghệ thông tin hoặc các ngành có liên quan.
• Anh văn: Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên ngành liên quan.
Yêu cầu về kinh nghiệm/kiến thức:
• Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Tài chính, Ngân hàng.
• Có kiến thức về Database (Oracle 11g, 12c, SQL Server);
• Thành thạo Oracle PL/SQL.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng làm việc ở vị trí tương đương tại Ngân hàng khác.
