JOB DESCRIPTION
We are in urgent need of enthusiastic and professional Planning Manager who have a passion for solving complex problems:
- Informing and updating budgets associated with new developments
- Implement and achieve forecast accuracy targets
- Review performance and advise amendment to future forecast
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the forecast and flag up the issue and potential solution
- Overseeing planning development plans
- Managing planning compliance
Job Requirement
- University degree in Finance/ Business administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in similar position
- Japanese language: N2 or over
- Able to report directly to the Japanese Director in Japanese
- Having experience working in business planning of companies doing business
- Basic knowledge of financial control
- Good knowledge of planning and analysis
- Able to work under high pressure and flexible business environment
- Good decision – making and problem solving skill.
