Overview of job
- Manage several teams and departments for every aspect of product development
- Join in developing or recruiting talents to meet the ideal organization structure
- Involve and enhance a fair and balanced evaluation system to employee performance, which makes the organization grows continuously so that MFV becomes the competitive advantage of Money Forward group
- Execute measures on an engineering organization based on the strategy of Money Forward group
- Pose initiatives or innovation to support and enhance the company operations
- Salary review: Twice a year (June and December)
- Hybrid working: 2 days in the office and 3 days WFH per week
- Full salary during probation period
- Bonus: 13th-month salary
- Paid leave: 16 days off annually: 12 paid leaves, 3-day vacation, and Dec 31st
- Paternity leave: extra 5 days

Job Requirement
Must have
- Background in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Information System
- 10+ years experience in managing web project or product development
- Experience in handling an engineer team (direct or indirect) of 50+ members
- Excellent problem solving skill, especially in dealing with escalated or critical issues
- Strong critical thinking to reflect concerned matters from different viewpoints
- Extensive communication skills for both external and internal to different types of people
- Adept at project management knowledge and practice: budgeting, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, risk management, quality management, etc.
- Open minded, and result oriented mindset to deal with change and diversity
- Good command in English;
Nice to have
- Experience working at similar level in an IT firm, such as Department Manager, VP of Engineering / Head of Delivery / CTO
- Holding professional certification in management, such as PMP, PgMP, CSM, PMI-ACP
- Experience in managing/developing BtoB applications
- Fluent in Japanese (N1/N2) is a big plus.
