Overview of job
Lead the Business Analyst team
- Facilitate establishment of team structure and roles, recruit, hire and on-board Analysts and ensure adequate resources and resource allocation
- Conduct performance reviews and ongoing career development planning
- Manage employee/team performance by setting objectives and performance metrics and standards and conducting performance reviews
- Establish coaching and training programs for Business Analysts and Leads
- Monitor project progress and manage escalated project issues
Provide Business Analysis functional expertise
- Engage with key business stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements and define new processes to enhance the Business Analysis service offering
- Provide support for Business Analysts where necessary to improve the quality of BA deliverables
Leadership and Operational responsibilities
- Evaluate effectiveness of SDLC processes, methodologies, metrics, and tools and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate in leadership meetings to advocate for operational, process efficiency, innovation, policies, procedures

Job Requirement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher: major in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- Any additional certification or training in Business Analyst or Product Owner
- Excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal
Experience
- Strong team development and leadership skills
- Facilitation, negotiation, and problem resolution skills
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects
- Specific knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of current innovations in technology infrastructure and computer software applications.
- Knowledgeable on database and system architecture
- Knowledgeable on the software development life cycle (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
