Overview of job

• Collaborate with product managersand end usersto analyze functional and non-functional business requirements
• Closely collaborate with frontendengineers and productmanagers to designand implement features that are efficient and scalable
• Responsible for design, implementation, maintenance and improvement of overall system architecture
• Responsible for design, implementation, maintenance and improvement of new and existing functionality, apply design changes to the architecture as it fits
• Closely collaborate with developers and architects from adjacent teams to ensureoverall alignment of system with overall Group architecture
• Mentor and support juniorsoftware engineers to help them grow and improve
• Support set up of highly motivated and performing DEV Team
• Continuously improve processes, standards and practices to assure highestproduct quality

• Demonstrated understanding and experience of software development fundamentals including software design, algorithms, data structures, modularity, and code maintainability
• Several years of hands-on software development
• Experience working in agile/SCRUM based development mode
• Experience using Node.js and PHP, ideally on I/O-intensive applications
• Thorough understanding of REST principles and best practicesof building and using RESTfulAPIs, specifically for mobile apps
• Experience with market standard CI/CD,Agile Software Development tools and practices
• Experience with cloud-based deployment settings, knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and SaaS principles
• Practical knowledge of and experience with SQL and NoSQLdatabases
• Experience with Vue, Angular or React and willingness to work full-stack when needed is a plus
• Experience with MS Azure Stack (especially Function Apps, Data Factory, SQL Server, DevOps Server, Web Apps, Azure AD), RabbitMQ and Python is a plus
• Experience building SaaS and CRM Applications with complex authentication and authorization management is a plus
• Experience leading a team
