We are looking for a software engineer to help us build upon and expand our vision for the Optimizely Campaign product - a professional omnichannel marketing software solution that creates, sends, and evaluates campaign mailings.

As a Software Engineer, you will:

• Join an agile team and develop the full stack of a SaaS platform for omni-channel campaign management with Java technologies and Linux environment.
• Develop new product features following clean code principles and test-driven development.
• Join PO/ Dev team in breaking down complex user stories into sub-tasks of appropriate scope for efficient delivery, ensure robust and scalable technical design.
• Join code reviews and share knowledge with other engineers and team members so that you can learn and help others to grow.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Java programming (Java 8) and web development. 
• You have experience working with Spring framework, JavaScript (jQuery), HTML/CSS, JSON, XML, JUnit/ Mockito.
• You have experience with MySQL, Ubuntu or other Linux distros.
• You can write clean and reusable code.
• You love to learn and share your knowledge and skills to help team members grow.
• You can communicate in English (speaking and writing) since you will be working in an international environment.
• You optionally have experience with the following technologies:
  • Apache http, Hadoop, HBase, Elastic Search, Kafka
  • REST API, Design Patterns, SOLID principles
  • Git, Maven, TeamCity, IntelliJ IDEA.
