Overview of job
- Performing manual & automation testing and assessment of our in-house built software
- Write and execute comprehensive test cases relevant to test conditions
- Review requirements for testability
- Collaborating with the Agile/Scrum teams to continuously deliver software
- Consult with stakeholders and systems requirements when documentation is insufficient
- Can conduct demos to stack holders for international projects.
- Share knowledge and information with the team and assist others in meeting team priorities
- Work independently and be multitasking

1 WORKING HOURS
- Working hours is flexible and the standard guideline is between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour break for lunch.
- Staff can start early and finish early to keep in sync with Australia working hours
2 LEAVES
- 12 days Annual Leave per annum. Annually leave is accumulated up to 2 years.
- Additional one annual leave day for every five years of service
- Sick Leave: 5 days paid per annum.

Job Requirement
Technical attributes:
- 3 - 6 years of experience in manual/automation testing
- Good analytical skills and an inquisitive mindset
- Strong initiative, accountability and leadership qualities
- Knowledge about SQL to validate data from multiple sources like Files, XMLs, Databases
- Experience on various type of testing such as regression, API, integration…
- Report, Track and Monitor Defects on Defect Tracking System
- Conversational English (Intermediate level)
Additional attributes (preferred not required):
- Knowledge of or experience in ERP type system.
- Exposure to the Microsoft .NET framework and Microsoft TFS is a plus
- Experience with Agile
- ISTQB is a plus
- Have experience in leading small to medium groups
