We are revolutionizing the contact center industry by providing a software platform that connects brands and their customer service calls with motivated at home agents. Agents Only is flipping the call center market upside down, and bringing a platform enabled approach to an outdated industry. 

Our cloud based platform attracts the best agents by providing a flexible schedule, better pay and opportunities for growth. Agents get immediate feedback on each call and are paid daily. Clients get on demand access to positive and engaged agents. The platform is a mix of a B2C and B2B product. On the agent side, the product experience is more consumer-like and on the client side, it is closer to a B2B product.  

The company is founded by entrepreneurs who have scaled businesses with thousands of employees in the past. Agents Only already has significant traction working with one of the largest brands in the world and thousands of agents on the platform.

Position Overview

The Product Designer will have the unique opportunity to craft seamless and cohesive experiences across web and mobile interfaces in a brand new product category.

They should have five or more years of professional experience in a digital product designer or UI role, and a compelling portfolio. They should be comfortable wireframing interaction flows, creating prototypes, and designing visually appealing interfaces for complex projects with minimal oversight. They should know Web, iOS, Android, and product design like the back of their hand.

We currently offer remote work with our teams in Vancouver, Canada and Vietnam

Primary Responsibilities

• Brainstorm ideas to improve and extend the user experience with Product Managers
• Assist in conducting user research, prototype and test new experiences and features
• Craft UX deliverables such as annotated user flows and wireframes to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviours
• Deliver high-fidelity UI designs for WEB, iOS and Android
• Collaborate with marketing and the development team to ensure your work comes to life as amazing user experiences

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• An awe-inspiring UX/UI portfolio demonstrating proficiency in designing mobile user experiences, with descriptions of your process, role, and contributions
• 5 years of professional experience in a digital product design or UI design role on products that have been released to market
• Knowledge of and experience with UX best practices and methodologies
• A demonstrated ability to prototype and validate design concepts to meet product requirements
• Proficient with industry-standard UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, InVision, etc.
• Comfortable receiving constructive feedback and critique, and having your ideas challenged
• Experience in a fast-paced technology environment
• Self-starter and proactive
• Adaptable to changing business conditions and priorities
• Familiarity with building and maintaining a design system
