Responsibilities:

As a Senior Developer you would need to perform system analysis and design, develop trading applications and preferably the experience to lead an application development team to ensure projects are delivered within timeline, budget, and quality. 

In addition, you will engage Business Analyst, IT Operations and various stakeholders regarding the functions and lifecycle of applications from inception, development, production to retirement. 

You will also be responsible to investigate production issue and provide response in a timely manner. 

As a Junior you would be responsible for design and develop securities and futures systems according to requirements Plan.

Design and implement high quality windows applications using the latest C++ technologies

Prepare functional specifications and design documentations Perform coding, unit testing, debugging and performance tuning Provide system support, troubleshoot and maintenance Communicate with business users on system issues

We are seeking a productive and efficient IT Professional who possesses good communication skills to work independently. You must have good time management skills and be responsible in resolving production issues.

• Recognized Degree in Computer Science or related discipline in IT
• English at an advanced level or ability to communicate is a must

The senior level requires more than 5 years of working experience in C++ OR C# development on Windows or Linux platforms.

• Familiar with socket programming with TCP and UDP 
• Familiar with multithread, socket, ODBC, MQ, STL or boost library on application development.
• Familiar with SQL development.
• Ability to work independently with multi-task and a reliable attitude.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are musts.
• Passion and the ability to quickly learn new technology are needed. 
• Knowledge of the FIX protocol and experience in the financial industry is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the Kafka, Redis, and cloud-based application development is an added advantage.

The junior level requires minimum of 1+ years of C# OR C++ software development experience of scalable windows

• Able to communicate in English is a plus
• Understanding of distributed systems, data structures and algorithms 
• Knowledge of socket programming with TCP and UDP 
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and multi-threading 
• Experience in message encoding with JSON & protobuf 
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are must.
• Passion and ability to quickly learn new technology are needed. 
• Knowledge of the FIX protocol and experience in the financial industry is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, cloud-based application development is an added advantage.
• Good command of verbal and written English Detail oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined, with the ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight in a professional and timely manner
