About The Team

Our Technology team is the backbone of our business. The team is responsible for building a reliable, scalable and compatible platform for our product and services. Our Engineering team consists of talented and passionate engineers that focus on Full Stack (Back-end & Front-end), Mobile, QA across the regions and work closely with Data, Infrastructure & Security, Product team and with the cross functional team to continuously improve and scale our products forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain test strategies, test cases, checklists, and test suites based on product requirements and test plans.
  • Review solution documentation & make feedback with the analysis.
  • Create test plan, execute test cases, documents and track all issues in a well-timed and thorough manner.
  • Carry out all testing activities in order to increase the quality of the product.
  • Deliver a high-quality report & make Go/No go decision
  • Implement ad-hoc testing, as well as find and specify bugs across mobile & web.
  • Design testing strategies in collaboration with the development team and other QA teammates.
  • Be responsible for designing automation testing framework and improve end-to-end automated test coverage.
  • Ability to oversee QA/QC group participating in agile projects.
  • Identify areas for improvement ahead of time and collaborate with the engineering team to improve the product experience.
  • Ensure that the product is of high quality on both mobile and web platforms.
  • Multiple products and projects in the trending healthcare/ e-commerce domains
  • Work with our regional tech team from Singapore, India, Vietnam and Indonesia

Job Requirement

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
  • Have deep knowledge of manual test procedures and writing test cases.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in software testing (leadership experience is a plus).
  • Mobile testing experience on both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Skilled in API testing (SOAP/ RESTful) and root cause analysis.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented and a passion for bug-free code and product experiences.
  • A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
  • English communication skills will be required to work with regional technology team and stakeholders.
