Job description

Overview of job

● Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that software development services meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
● Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for software development services.
● Participates in building and improving internal processes
● Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, software development team, and other appropriate staff.
● Advises and tailorizes software development services processes for project manager
● Coordinates software development service testing processes.
● Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple software development; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
● Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
● Performs other duties as assigned.
● Hires and trains quality assurance staff.
● Introduces and trains employees the processes
● Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
● Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Job Requirement

● At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in an IT company.
● Have solid experiences related to ISO: 27001
● Have knowledge or experience about Agile/Scrum process
● Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
● Have solid knowledge and experience of building and managing processes of a company with more than 500 employees.
● Ability to analyze data and create and review processes.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
● Good English skills
