Job description

Overview of job

We are the ticketing solution provider of the top 3 greatest world sports tournaments. We are looking for smart, collaborative, enthusiastic, and well-organized professionals who are willing to take an active part in a sustainable, long-term product venture with a start-up mindset

  • Help customers to use our ticketing product in the most efficient way by delivering diverse technical service requests according to the standard service catalog: product configurations, online shop CSS customization, Third-party Interface activation, seat map edition, …
  • Analyze technical service requests from English/ French/ German speaking customers
  • Provide estimation and propose alternative solutions if needed
  • Process the requests according to the agreed solutions and handle change requests.
  • Ensure the deliveries are on quality, on time
  • Have high-speed interaction with stakeholders across Europe/US
  • Have high-speed interaction with the Product team in Switzerland and Vietnam
  • Participate in special technical projects upon request.
  • Work closely with the Services Manager to maintain service deliveries and quality.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or related
  • Open for fresher up to 2 years of experience working in IT industries
  • Proficient in English is required; knowing French is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Knowledge in SQL is a plus
  • Strong time management skills, able to identify and prioritize urgent/critical requests
  • Good at logical and critical thinking to propose an accurate solution to customers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Has a strong customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience with software testing/coding/Customer Services, working in a product’s company is a strong plus
