Overview of job
We are looking for an (Senior) Web Engineering Manager who will build up, manage and grow up the technical team in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker and self-starter who can drive execution and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and effectiveness. We are looking for candidates that are able to demonstrate his/her vision, leadership and passion in building a talented team and high quality products.
- Be in charge of the development of the engineering team in Vietnam.
- Manage daily activities and development of the engineering team. Support current members in technical areas and also make sure they have all they need to work and are well taken care of.
- Make sure projects and tasks are on track. Interact with product and with other engineering offices to sync on all projects together with the engineers involved.
- Plan for the projects and for the sprints, technical specs creation for tasks and projects.

Job Requirement
- 5+ years of experience in leading a technology focused organization for software development and SPA web app experience is highly desirable and familiar with ReactJS, VueJS etc web frameworks
- Experience in hiring smart, talented engineers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills. Excellent English writing and speaking is a must.
- Proven track record working with global development teams, product management and support organizations.
- Have startup experience, ready to join a hard-working and dynamic team.
- Strong leadership skills. Ability to nurture strengths in the team and support their skills development.
