Knowledge

• Knowledge in graphic fundamentals, in-depth knowledge of typography choice and layout, print and web best practices
• Understanding of color theory and composition
• Basic knowledge of animation and video editing
• Keeping up with the newest visual and marketing trends
• Keeping up to date with campaigns across Asia (and ideally worldwide)
• Knowledge (or ability to gain) and understanding of customer insights
• Understanding of the advertising landscape.

You pretty much have the job if

• You’ve held a senior role for at least 1 year in creative team, marketing team, or advertising agency 
• You have a good understanding of who our target customers are, and which visuals will attract their attention in digital channels
• You have experience in the tech industry, and ideally have designed and created materials for B2B SaaS companies 
• You have a portfolio demonstrating creativity or originality, with wide range of projects

Skills

• Analytical skill (being able to look at the work from different perspectives to optimize the customer CTA)
• Up-to-date and proficient use of the industry leading software Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, inDesign, Premiere Pro, XD)
• High level of proficiency in Photoshop (photo retouching) and ideally After Effects (video visual effects)
• 3D software and shooting experience is a plus
• Ability to rational your work clearly
• Ability to create finished art
• Excellent eye and exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient use of GoogleSlides (Keynote is a plus)
• Time Management (working on multiple projects, being able to manage competing priorities, while meeting deadlines)
• Being able to read & write in English
