Job description
Overview of job
• Communicate with requester to get/advice the business requests.
• Analyze business requirements and relevant data to propose solutions/generate strategic reports about AI & BOT.
• Generate scheduled AI & BOT reports, provide data ad-hoc inquiry.
• Data dictionary creation and update frequently about AI & BOT.
• Visualize data to build dashboard, online reports related to AI & BOT
• On-cloud data replication and extraction as on-premise data, build up data models related AI & BOT
Job Requirement
• Knowledge/ Experience with database/ data mart design.
• Experience with data analytics tools (SQL, PowerBI or Python).
• Having interest/ orientation working in AI/ chatbot track.
• Strong sense of business acumen.
• Having experience at AI & BOT Analyst or Equivalent Experience (experience with NLP, ML, DL, STT, TTS) is a plus.
• Good at communication and critical thinking.
• Good at English communication.
