Overview of job

• Gather, analyze and validate business requirements.
• Document requirements (into epics and user stories) using the scrum methodology from PBIs to sprints.
• Work with other Contemi teams to develop solutions to clients’ business initiatives.
• Facilitate discussions to identify, clarify and document requirements.
• Work with the Development, QA and client teams to meet the acceptance criteria and product quality.
• Prepare responses to Requests for Proposals.
• Mentor and supervise less experienced team members.
• Travel or work onsite as required.
• Learn and grow through challenging assignments

To be successful in this role you must have some of the following:

• Fluent in English.
• At least 4 years of BA experience in software development with 1-2 years experience in the General Insurance domain.
• Proven ability in typical BA skill set – requirements engineering, GAP analysis, business process analysis, modelling techniques, facilitation techniques, documentation techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in working with offshore clients.
• Excellent leadership skill.
• Experience in supporting business cases development for projects of various nature.
• Full Software Development Lifecycle experience from an Agile environment.
• Excellent Office skills: Power Point, Excel, Word.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Can-do attitude and adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Work independently effectively.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the Insurance domain.
