Overview of job
- Design the Agile framework and Agile way of work and able to adapt and adjust effectively following each distinct situations.
- Drive the Agile adoption at multiple levels and with several techniques to achieve the desired state.
- Raise knowledge by training, coaching, and showing example to all development team members and stakeholders to be able to effective develop software in Agile way for both the work process and the engineering practices.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor or Master degree in IT or other related fields
- Good communication in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working in Software Development
- A minimum of 2 years of experience being Scrum Master or leading team using Scrum or other Agile methodologies
- Good knowledge of several Agile Framework and related methodology such as Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe etc.
- Basic understanding of software engineering practices such DevOps, CI/CD, TDD, Pair Programming
- Experience leading Agile transformation or being Agile coach is highly preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master or other equivalent certifications is a plus.
- Experience in Jira is a plus.
