Job description

Overview of job

For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for an Employee Relations Executive. Our client is an international IT outsourcing company, based in the Netherlands with main office located in Ho Chi Minh city. Established since 2005, they have successfully delivered services across Netherlands, Switzerland, Ireland, Japan and Asia Pacific. They fully embrace the agile software engineering principles and use Scrum to manage their projects. They are also a Microsoft Gold-Certified partner and have extensive knowledge and capability in all areas of technology as well as different industries.

Our client takes the role as a facilitator who not only work for clients as recruiter but also ensure their employees has a comfortable working office with fully working equipment and attractive compensation & benefit. In addition they offer Hybrid working at one of their Hubs and all their employees working will be fully supported by their care team included IT support, HR, and Technical solutions support.

- Monitor people engagement activity and status in all offices (HCM, HN and so on).

- Maintain communication with all employees, improve internal networking. Ensure a happy and supportive workplace for everyone

- Building trust from employee and being their close friend to understand their needs and get their sincere feedbacks when needed, making them feel being care and supported

- Monitor company satisfaction survey, employee happiness

- Involve in the progress to prevent or handle employee conflicts, negative rumors

- Involve in onboarding training for newcomers and exit interview process for leaving employees

- Build a positive employer branding for both internal staffs and potential candidates
- Handle teambuilding activities, year-end party, promotion parties, activity clubs (sport, travel, music…) …
- Support to open new hubs/office locations

- Give feedback and suggestion for company improvements regarding internal (staff’s satisfaction) and external communication (social media)

- Prepare Monthly report to Management Team

- Visit other office locations as assigned and supported by the Company

- Support on recruitment, communicate with clients or other HR processes (not main role, nice to support)

 

Job Requirement

Love communicating with people, confident at public speaking

Extrovert character, positive thinking, can-do attitude

Good English communication is a plus
