Overview of job
1. Operate, monitor and optimize ECM system
2. Debug, fix and apply fix for ECM system
3. Deploy, configure and manage ECM system environments (Production, UAT)
4. Resolve and support users’ request
5. Support analyzing, documenting, transferring new projects
6. Co-operate with vendors, BA, development team… to understand and support developing solution for better application.
Job Requirement
- Experience: 2 years in operating ECM system
- Basic understanding with these technologies: Oracle, MS SQL, Windows Server, Linux, Apache Tomcat, IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), IBM HTTP Server (IHS)
- Hands on experience with Windows and Linux bash script
- Hands on experience with Unix/Linux and sys-admin related tasks
- Hands on experience with Way4 system is a plus
- Experience with banking, financial systems is a plus
- Experience working in Fintech & Payment gateway company is a plus
