We are building a customer relationship management system (CRM) for hundreds of thousands of members in all different fields, and you will be involved in different projects/product development to broaden your horizons. Job Description

• Build, design, update, and maintain dashboards based on business requirements
• Monitoring and optimising the performance of the database
• Developing and maintaining databases, data systems – reorganising data in a readable format 
• Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems.
• Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.
• Design, plan and execute Backup, Restore, Archive, Housekeeping, Data Migration, DB Replication procedures.
• Filter and analyse data to generate reports for reviewing the quality and performance of the systems
• Build technical and non-technical documentation for metrics, reports, and dashboards
• Independently fulfil ad-hoc requests and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical teams
• Leverage the latest technologies and products to convert legacy database schemas and applications code between database engines.
• Research and identify new opportunities for AWS and else technologies to innovate on behalf of our clients.

Flexible Working hour :

1. Monday to Friday, either 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM , 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 9:30 AM – 18:30 PM
2. 5 days’ work

Require :

• 3 years experience or above
• Familiar with MySQL and NoSQL (e.g. Mongo DB, Couchbase DB). Understand of MSSQL, SQL Server, etc. is a plus.
• Good knowledge of PHP and NodeJS programming is required
• Experienced in Cloud base systems (AWS / AliCloud / Azure / GCP etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Docker / Container / K8S technologies
• Strong Knowledge of DevOps is having a higher priority
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning, security, load balancing, and system troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Data Analytics is a plus
• Communicable in English (Knowing Cantonese or Chinese is highly preferred)

Nice to have:

• Proficient use of Couchbase DB is a plus
• Proficient in data visualisation and reporting in Power BI, Excel / PowerPoint or Tableau
• Any database related certificate is preferred (Azure, Oracle, IBM, etc.)
