Our vision is to be THE software engineering partner for brake system in ASEAN. We deliver complete software projects (CSPs) to our Bosch counterparts of CC, BEG and 2WP divisions for the OEMs in nearshore regions Japan, China, ASAEAN. We perform the end-to-end software development activities including all the roles like developers, testers, integrators, project managers and other special functions like functional safety and cyber security for our projects. We also work on the advanced engineering topics like software engineering for E&E architecture.

As an Embedded Software Engineer for Two Wheeler's Safety Products, you will develop specific embedded software components based on customer's requirement . Your main responsibilities include:

• Requirement clarification and analysis
• Software development, integration and unit testing based on requirements
• Low and high level design for software modules
• Design of Software Architecture 
• Execute software development tasks, document results and report problems
• Debugging 
• Tasks effort estimation
• Plan and Perform software review
• Solve technical problems/queries 
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical colleagues in order to prevent technical problems/queries.
• Planning and tracking tasks
• Solution design
• Decision making on tasks priorities, conflicts and requirements
• Reporting to management and customers
• Decision making on technical strategies
• Improve Software Development Process
• Mentor junior team members

• Major in Computer Engineering/ Electrical-Electronics/ Electronics-Telecommunication/ Mechatronics Engineering or related fields 
• Mandatory requirement
  • Good at C/C++ programming and scripting languages
  • Good knowledge of micro-controller and embedded system 
  • Holding experience in Software Development Lifecycle
  • Good English skills
  • Quality and Risk Management
  • Good stakeholders management skills
• It would be big advantage if you have:
  • Exposure to emulators, simulators, debugging and test equipment
  • Experience with Real Time Operating System(RTOS)
  • Automotive domain knowledge
  • Good Automotive communication protocols know-how e.g. CAN/ LIN/ Flexray/ Ethernet and AUTOSAR architecture
  • ASPICE, ISO 26262 or similar know-how 
  • DRBFM/ FMEA or similar methods know-how 
  • Knowledge of UML and design techniques
