• Lead requirements analysis, validation, verification and approval. Making sure that requirements are complete, consistent, feasible and verifiable.
• Oppotunities to experience different roles in project such as PM, QC, Test
• Translating business and customer requirements, using data analysis and metrics to drive the right business outcomes.
• Working cross-functionally in analyzing, designing, and developing business solutions.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement in operational performance and notifies management of issues and problems requiring immediate attention
• Schedule and lead meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects.

Must have:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or equivalent
• 3+ years working in Business Analysist/PO position
• 3+ years designing, creating and documenting software solutions
• Having knowledge of Agile principles and process
• Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experienced with UI/UX, and with a user centric mindset or understanding
• Experiences working with US, UK, Europe customers

Nice to have:

• Good communication in both of English and Vietnamese
• Having practical knowledge of project management is a plus
• Experienced in building, training, and leading team
