Overview of job

Main development duties are as follows: 
- Write high-quality, well-tested code for back-end services 
- Work closely with other members (Engineering, Product, QC) to discuss and challenge product requirements and solutions that solve users' problems 
- Contribute to defining and shaping the fundamentals of engineering for the team 
- Be deeply involved in the entire software development lifecycle

HAVE TO:

- Over 1 years of experience with modern programming such as Python, golang (preferred, but not required)
- Language Skill: communication in English or Japanese.
- Working experience with Golang API Frameworks such as Gin, Beego, ... 
- Knowledge of service security and server-side performance issues 
- Experience developing and working in a virtualized or Dockerized environment. 
- Experience with RESTful services and APIs 
- Experience with CI/CD e.g., Jenkins, Circle CI, GitHub 
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams. 
- Experience with encouraging the use of best practices and workflows throughout the organisation (TDD, BDD, etc) 
- Strong contributions to team discussions and stand-ups

NICE TO HAVE:
- Expeience with agile system development 
- Interest/Experience in the latest trends of IT 
- Experience with a system developemnt using cloud services
