DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aligning the delivery of IT activities (particularly Service Delivery Processes) at an individual site including acting as the primary point of contact for Clients and Actors.
- Strong Technical Knowledge in Microsoft OS, Office 365 tools, PC and Site user support, PC hardware, Notebooks , imaging , troubleshooting and fixing
- Sufficient knowledge of Network and Servers equipment, troubleshooting and providing smart Hands & Eye support
- Sufficient knowledge and good Hands on experience supporting Audio, Video and conferring systems and tools.
- Regular audit of Meeting rooms and IT Facilities rooms ( IDF/MDFs)
- Maintain all Site-specific SLAs (KPI and CPIs)
- Manage site IT inventory.
- Oversee the restoration of services during a major IT Incident affecting the site in coordination with the Process owner(s) of Incident Management and Incident Management Execution.
- Engage with Client leadership at the site on major IT Incident or project activities and ensure regular communication is maintained with Client leadership at the site.
- Conduct regular, thorough inspections of the IT environment at the site, take proactive action as appropriate to reduce site downtime and/or improve site performance and make recommendations to Client leadership that reduce the risk of site downtime or improve site productivity.
- Good in reporting and timely updates

Job Requirement
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should have Bachelor or equivalent Degree in IT with 1-7 Years’ experience. Working in IT infrastructure in Service Delivery Role.
- Languages: English and Vietnamese (Read, Write and Spoken)
- CCNA and CompTIA A+ / MCITP Certification preferred
