1. Application support Basic application administration - Workflows, permissions, scheme mgmt., plugin onboarding and configuration
- Experience with scripting
- Experience with backend application troubleshooting
- Database management
- Linux / Windows servers
- AWS / ESXi
2. Networking and VPN
- High level networking support (permissions, access, outages)
- ISP communications
3. Environemnt Awareness
- NewRelic, LogicMonitor
4. gSuite, OKTA -> saas software as service google
- Collabortaion Support and troubleshooting
5. Automation (SRE / Production support)
- Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins. AWS capable to create, automate process along with 3rd level of support (tech teams)

Job Requirement
Requirements:
- Experience in operations for critical IT systems
- Ability to work on-call in a shift rotation (depends, but not earlier than 8am and not later than 11pm EST)
- Windows Operation system support (AD, Policies, Services)
- Support for Virtual Machines (VMware / ESXi)
- Linux support (processes, services, storage).
- Ansible and Terraform experience is a plus
- Fluent English
