Overview of job
Job role:
- Work with senior stakeholders to get product requirements, analyze requirements on CRM application. Define and describe all product work
- Work with technical teams, write requirements according to user stories, and prioritize tasks
- Check the quality of the engineering team's work and map with the requirements to ensure the right features
Responsibilities:
Task 1: Work with senior stakeholders to obtain product requirements, analyze requirements for sales and CRM related business. Define and describe all product work.
Task 2: Working with technical teams, writing requirements according to user stories related to sales and marketing activities, marking the priority of tasks
Task 3: Check the quality of the work of technical teams involved in product development related to sales, customer care, marketing
Task 4: Plan and manage team progress
4.1. Plan your work
4.2. Manage the overall progress of the team
Perform tasks assigned by leaders in addition to JD, plan
Job Requirement
- Proven 3+ years history as a Business Analyst in an IT company or a system specialist in a travel industry related company.
- Experience with CRM, ERP project (must have)
- At least 3+ experience in developing business requirements, use cases, and user acceptance testing cases/plans.
- Experience with PowerBI or other BI tools, including development and administration.
- Familiarization with software development methods: Agile, DevOps, Waterfall...
- Data & result-driven mindset, with strong ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Statistical analysis software (e.g. R, SAS, SPSS, or STATA, PowerBI).
- Advanced Excel to create spreadsheets, charts and pivot tables.
- SQL databases and database querying languages
- Survey/query software
- Business intelligence and reporting software
- Documentation skills: System documentation, User documentation, Process documentation, Source code documentation
Note: Preferred candidates with data analysis skills (data mining, visualization, database design..using Python or R)
