Responsibilities:

• Building platform services that serve as fundamental building blocks for our system, not user-facing web services.
• Debug and solve deep technical problems in our systems.

1- Financial Rewards

* Salary:

• Salary review once per year in January
• 100% salary during the probation period (if any) (i.e., same net salary during probation and after signing official labor contract)

* Bonus:

• Holidays bonus (30Apr-1May and 2Sep), working anniversary bonus (3-year and 5-year anniversary)

Must have

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience designing and delivering highly available, scalable, reliable cloud-based systems.
• Experience building platform services and/or raising the bar of developer experience standards.
• Backend service experience in multiple, managed languages such as Java, Scala, Golang, Rust, or similar.
• Experience working with SQL, NoSQL, and NewSQL data stores
• Has good background knowledge of data structure & algorithms, programming language, and some common problems of distributed systems and distributed databases.

Nice to have

• Has good knowledge of Defi & Crypto.
• Has interest/experience working with either Blockchain or Data problems.
• Follow the latest in software engineering and open source technologies, and can intuit the fine line between promising new practice and overhyped fad.
