Overview of job
- Ensure the development team and stakeholders follow Scrum methodology
- Continuously refine and optimize the working process and guidelines
- Communicate with an international team to define product backlog and timeline
- Be in charge of daily meetings, kick-off meetings, retrospective meetings…
- Facilitate discussions, decision-making processes and solve conflictions
- Work closely with team members to ensure the quality of the completed work and the project deadline
- Allocate resources and assign tasks efficiently with the support of the project’s technical leads
- Report project progress, issues, technical solution, etc. to the Manager
- Provide excellent communication internally/externally to improve transparency, and radiate information
- Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
- Motivate the development team and provide them with constructive feedback
- 13th-month salary and additional performance bonus up to 1-month salary for excellent performance.

Job Requirement
- Excellent English (4 skills)
- At least 2 years of experience playing Scrum Master role in software development project
- Strong leadership, decision-making, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Atlassian-based Project Management tools-JIRA
- Extensive experience in project planning, project tracking, requirement management, risk management, and communications management.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, CSP, PSM II) is an advantage;
- Graduated from IT (software or Information System) university will be an advantage. Other majors/universities are welcome.
- Specific experiences with mobile application development will be an advantage.
