Overview of job

- Experienced operations senior associate to join our Digital Business Unit, a growing Professional Services Tech team with Vietnamese and expatriate members;

Key responsibilities:
- Triaging tickets raised by our businesses;
- Liaising with our developers so that issues are resolved within a reasonable time frame;
- Monitoring the performance of our applications using cloud services, e.g. Azure Application Insights;
- Training customers / users to use applications;
- Suggest improvements for applications;
- Continually developing your skills and knowledge;
- Working with your team in English and Vietnamese to solve problems together.

Annual Leaves: 

• Junior Staff/Associate: 15 days ++
• Senior/Manager level: 20 days ++
• Birthday leave, Sick Leave without certificate, Flexible Holidays

Ideal candidate:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar/same operations or support role;
- Great interpersonal skills with capacity to work in a team;
