Overview of job

• Research, design, develop and test cutting-edge technologies.
• Brainstorm and help evaluate applications for new tools and technologies as they continually evolve
• Be able to transform proof of concept to become a real product
• Communicate and report internally or directly to the client on status or result of work.
• Participate in on-board training and probation challenges
• Be involved in training developers with new and trending cutting-edge technology.
• Improve other team programming performance by automation and machine learning (nice to have).
• Be involved in the global open source community-work on implementing and integrating the latest improvement proposals
• Document new solutions as well as maintaining that of existing ones

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of Software Engineering experience.
• Experience developing software for memory constrained systems.
• Good Linux skills.
• Python or Go or Java or C/C++ coding skills.
• Experience on development of complex software projects, familiarity with Python or Go or Java or C/C++ coding, and a strong background in data structures and algorithms.
• Strong knowledge of concurrency and writing efficient and safe multithreaded code
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent debugging skills.
• Good presentation skills
• Experience creating software architecture and design documents.
• Familiarity with Test/Acceptance Driven Development practices (TDD)
• Experience in Health Care, Fintech, Enterprise Digital Transformation.
• Experience in Ethereum or Bitcoin Blockchain. (Nice to have)
• Comfortable working with existing code and writing code from scratch.
• Familiar with source control systems (Git) is preferred.
• English: good reading, writing, speaking & listening.
