Overview of job
- Analyzing the requirements obtained from the client
- Overall planning and coordination of testing
- Create test plan and check implementation during test
- Responsible for appropriation of MF ALM / other test documentation tools like TFS, SOLMAN etc.
- Assure quality of test artifacts and conformity to procedure defined in test plan
- Risk management incl. implementation of respective measures
- Provide status reports to customer about test progress and test results
- Responsible for test result tracking and defect management
- Conduct status meetings with project team
- Test tool support for project team

Job Requirement
- Have IT/ Computer Science background
- Have at least 5-8 years of experience in software testing
- Good knowledge on testing methodologies (Waterfall or Agile)
- Knowledge in Selenium is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing and have abilities for learning new technology
- Good English communication skills
- Know-how of MF ALM or other test documentation tools like TFS, SOLMAN etc.
- Process Know-how in one SAP process area is a plus
- Project management Skills, Logical thinking, solution-oriented
- Intercultural, open minded, team-worker, flexible and reliable
- Strong personality, patient, self-motivated, proactive, and pioneer-spirit person

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
