Overview of job

- Collect problems/requests from departments.
- Analyze problems/requests, and define the scope of changes based on collected issues.
- Participate, support and test the system.
- Coordinate with the DEV department during the development process, to ensure that the project members clearly understand and understand the requirements to be met.
- Document system instructions, organize instructions, support users to use the product and handle problems when problems occur.
- Report directly to the head of the department on arising problems.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the competent leader.
** BA for WTS/MTS Writing software business requirements specification documents, documents (usecase); Prototype interface design.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields.
- Candidate working in securities firm is a plus.
- Good ability to learn business, quick to absorb, creative, good logical thinking.
- Careful, meticulous in the process of analyzing and writing documents.
- Have a spirit of learning and progressing at work, improving professional skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate in Korean.
- Ability to work in team.
