Your work as a IT Development Lead involves leading development & automation of the Cloud Frameworks & Automation Product portfolio using state of the art Development Tools and frameworks

• Mange overall product design, architecture, development, code review, and testing of apps
• Preparing low- and high-level design documents
• Drive adopting new technologies, ideas, and continuous improvement of processes
• Guiding and mentoring team members Best Practices
• Oversee Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
• Define and document best practices and strategies application deployment 
• Ensuring systems availability and scalability
• Define and deploy monitoring, metrics and logging systems
• Operate the platform within our security and privacy guidelines
• Automate stories and tasks wherever it requires
• Ensure code quality with Unit and integration tests

This role requires both depth and breadth in technologies used in modern DevOps landscapes, PaaS platforms and the development of cloud-native application architectures (micro-services). Furthermore, a solid understanding of the components required to provide high-availability application and networking environment is required. The role demands strong work ethic, critical attention to detail, thoroughness, strong analytical, problem-solving skills and the following qualifications:

• Solid web application development experience using Java and Sprint Boot
• Strong SQL and No-SQL databases design experience (Oracle or MySQL/Cassandra/Mongo)
• Proficiency in one or more frontend frameworks (Angular or React or etc.,) 
• Hands on experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML5/CSS3, JQuery
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs, SOAP and JSON data 
• Strong experience in consuming cloud services like API Gateway, RabbitMQ, Redis, Logic Apps, Active Directory
• Hands on experience in setting up CI/CD Pipeline using tools like Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory and others
• Hands-on experience in writing Unit, Integration and Functional Tests. 
• Solid experience in OOAD, Design patterns and UML. 
• Experience in designing Cloud Native and Cloud Agnostic solutions
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
• Hands-on experience across all phases of SDLC using Agile Methodologies
• Integration, Continuous Delivery, Pair programming and Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Knowledge on Bosch SEP Process\ Could Security \ Application Security 

Recommended Skills:

• Knowledge in the field of Cloud Platform Development/ Operations, system engineering or similar (For e.g. Cloud Foundry, OpenShift etc.)
• Knowledge in Infrastructure as Code, Orchestration tools (e.g. Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible etc.)
• Working knowledge with modern security concepts (OAuth, micro segmentation etc.)
• Working knowledge with monitoring/logging tools (e.g. Grafana, Elasticsearch, Splunk, Prometheus etc.)
• Knowledge of public cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS etc.)
