FFW Vietnam is hiring Senior manual testers. You will be a part of global team responsible for all aspects of the SDLC from initial specifications through to development, testing, launch and support maintenance

Working office : 14th floor, VTC Online building, 18 Tam Trinh, Minh Khai,  Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi.

A successful candidate will have the following knowledge and experience:

• Creation and maintenance  of testing documents
• Follow test plans outlined by the QA manager
• Effectively communicates bugs and issues to our development team
• Usability, cross-browser and responsive testing
• Profile front-end load times for our websites
• Testing of exports and Import  (XML, JSON,  CSV,  XLS, etc)
• Use browser tools and add-ons to verify CSS and JS code
• Testing of web services: SOAP and REST
• May be required to use automated tools as we acquire the processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in testing/QC/QA, preferably in the web testing area
• Proven experience in web applications testing
• Knowledge of the most popular web-browsers
• A clear understanding of basic software development and testing processes
• Knowledge of defect submitting principles and management in a bug tracking system
• Ability to diagnose failed test cases before opening bugs
• Ability to perform repeated tests with the same eye for details
• Ability to plan own tasks and utilize time in the best way
• Stress-resistant, being able to work towards deadlines
• Self-motivated, efficient, creative
• Ability to deal with multiple projects
• Basic databases/SQL knowledge
• Basic Knowledge and understanding of Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX, etc.)
• Good English written communication is required, good English speaking is Strong PLUS
