Overview of job

Duties and tasks include, but are not limited to:
Collaborating with technical teams:
• Communicating customer needs and strategies to the Architecture team
• Helping to identify solutions within PanaCIM that meet the customer’s needs while also fitting into the overall product strategy
• Consulting with Development teams, advising and answering questions as they build and refine a solution
Collaboration with business teams
• Working closely with the Product Manager and Product Owner to design solutions
• Collaborating and sharing best practices
• Articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others
• Attending interdepartmental meetings as needed to provide insight on process improvement and opportunities for increased efficiency

Panasonic R&D Center Vietnam was established in April 2007, is a company specializing in R&D of Panasonic Group in Vietnam with the aim of enhancing R&D activities in the field of digital home appliances, automation, mobility in Vietnam, providing R&D services for software solutions in today's hottest fields such as AI, Cloud, IoT in a chain of R&D centers of worldwide corporations

You should be:
• 100% Product focused, passionate about designing a quality product that meets both business and technical needs
• An enthusiastic self-starter who learns quickly and proactively approaches tasks and assignments with a focus on problem-solving and data analysis
• An excellent communicator (written and oral), who can effectively present complex information in a clear and understandable fashion
• Persuasive, able to establish rapport, quickly build trust and gain buy-in internally and externally
And have:
• A solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle (SLDC)
• Experience with requirements elicitation through interviews
• Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and KanBan
• Ability to effectively prepare and maintain the following documents/tools:
     o Functional and Non-Functional Requirement Definition
     o Use Cases
     o User Stories
     o Business Processes, including an understanding of BPMN
     o Process Flow Analysis
     o Product Architecture and Design Best Practices
• The ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and competing priorities at any given point
• Experience working on projects of various sizes and scopes, as well as handling day-today operational requests from the business
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with emphasis on customer focus, teamwork, and relationship-building
• A proven track record of understanding and negotiating the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders (internal/external) to achieve desired results
• Experience with process engineering and system design is an asset
