・Work experience in 3D production using Maya, 3DS MAX, and Blender

・Confirming feasibility in cooperation with technical and creative co-worker

・Overall project management, production progress, operation and maintenance

・Recruitment and utilization of 3D designers (interviews, evaluations, etc.)

・Training new employees

・(Depending on the ability) Technical guidance and management as a leader of the XR engineer team in the future

[Salary]
・From 1,500 dollars (Gross)

・Those who have experience creating 3D models, including creating textures for characters, buildings, backgrounds, etc.

・Those who have work experience at a game or animation production company

・Those who can communicate smoothly with related internal and external sections while making accurate situation judgments

・Those who are good at multitasking

・A sense of responsibility to complete deliverables / event implementation properly to the end

・Those who have experience in launching a new business

・Those who have experience in planning and implementing online events, virtual events,and AR/VR/MR apps

・Those who have experience in 3D production for online games and package games

・Especially those who have experience in developing online games such as VRchat, Roblox, ZEPET and Fortnite

・Those who have work experience at Japanese company

・Those who hold N2 or higher

・Those who have leadership experience in website development (technical guidance to team members, task management, etc.)
・Those who have experience in design planning, production direction, budget/schedule management, etc.
