About the role:
- As an Engineering Manager you will help deliver our mission to build delightful app experience in a B2B Financial OS.

Job Requirement
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Equivalent experience or a degree in Computer Science
- 6+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, with exposure to their organizational, personal and technical problems
Nice to have:
- Experience with hiring, recruiting and onboarding
- Practical experience as a Scrum Master or Software Engineer
- Experience in scaling engineering teams or experience working on teams 100+ engineers
