Overview of job

• Tham gia vào quá trình phát triển các sản phẩm số của Pinetree bao gồm phát triển tính năng mới, nâng cấp tính năng, phát hiện và sửa chữa lỗi./ Join in development process for all digital products at Pinetree such as develop new features, improvement, detect and fix bugs.
• Làm việc với các trưởng nhóm, quản lý để thống nhất về giải pháp và hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ được gia. Có thể đề xuất giải pháp thay thế nếu thấy hợp lý hơn./ Work with team leader, manager to synchronize about the solution and complete assigned tasks. You can suggest the other solution if it is better.
• Thiết kế và xây dựng các API theo chuẩn RestFul và có khả năng mở rộng./ Develop and design scalable RestFul API.
• Làm việc, cộng tác và quản lý mã nguồn với bên thứ 3 để đề xuất kiến trúc, mô hình AI/ Machine learning phù hợp để xây dựng hệ thống AI/ Machine learning cho các sản phẩm kỹ thuật số của Pinetree/ Collaborate and manage source code with third-party to propose the appropriate architecture, models AI/ Machine learning which is used to build AI/ ML system for Pinetree’s digital product
• Khắc phục sự cố, kiểm tra và bảo trì phần mềm và cơ sở dữ liệu cốt lõi để đảm bảo tối ưu hóa và đảm bảo chức năng/ Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Viết mã code sạch, dễ mở rộng và có thể tái sử dụng/ Write the clean code, easy to reuse and extends

• Có ít nhất 4 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với J2EE, Spring Boot, JPA, MySQL/ You have 4+ years of J2EE, Spring Boot, JPA, MySQL development (knowledge about MongoDB, Kafka is plus).
• Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm tham gia vào các dự án AI/ ML. Đã từng xây dựng AI/ ML từ đầu là một lợi thế/ Have at least 1 year experience work with AI/ ML project. Build the AI/ ML project from scratch is plus
• Hiểu về cách xây dựng, đánh giá một ứng dụng Machine learning/ Deep learning, đã từng sử dụng các thư viện Machine learning như NLP libraries, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Transformer, BERT/ Knowledge how to build the AI/ML system from scratch, familier with Machine learning libraries such as NLP libraries, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Transfomer, BERT
• Nắm vững kiến thức về lập trình Java core, OOP, Design pattern là một lợi thế/ Strong understand about Java core, OOP (Nice to have Design pattern, coding best practices)
• Có khả năng viết Unit test, Mock test thành thạo/ Able to write Unit test, Mock test fluently
• Có tư duy logic, giải quyết vấn đề, làm việc chăm chỉ, chủ động trong công việc và giao tiếp./ Good logical thinking, hard-working, positive attitude, good communication skills.
• Hiểu biết thành thạo các công cụ phát triển phần mềm Git, Jira, Bitbucket, Intellij/ Knowledge of development tool such as Git, Jira, Bitbucket, Intellij
