The ServiceNow Senior Developer leads the solution of problems with a complete end-to-end
solution in a fast-paced, agile environment, from implementation and managed systems
administration, to consultancy, technical extensions and integrations.
The Senior Developer will build solutions within the ServiceNow platform that will directly impact
the client’s mission by modernizing and automating various customer processes. Learning new
tools and techniques and identifying needed system improvements are part of the role. So is also
using the Agile life cycle to work with the development team on developing and configuring
ServiceNow applications and solutions to implement system stakeholder requirements.
The Seniority of this role will also expect the individual to be very team-oriented and to coach and
mentor more junior colleagues.

Main responsibilities
• Responsible for some aspects of the lifecycle of the ServiceNow platform, including design,
implementation, configuration, and ongoing support
• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues within the ServiceNow platform
• Responsible for developing and maintaining integrations between the ServiceNow platform and
external systems
• Responsible for monitoring and managing platform upgrades, development, QA, and production
environments
• Responsible in creating and configuring tables, forms, lists, reports, workflow editor, email
notifications, and managing data under ServiceNow support & administration, portal…
• Responsible for implementation, testing, and deployment of technical solutions
• Engaging in testing activities
• Responsible for implementing demonstrations, Proof of Concepts
• Responsible for suggesting or providing solutions

• Being authoritative in estimating level of effort
• Being a key developer leading and mentoring other developers in the team

Job Requirement

• At least 4 years of overall IT experience which includes implementation of ServiceNow
• Knowledge about domain separation
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
• Certified Application Developer
• ITIL Foundation certified (V3 or v4)
• Worked on projects including Implementation, Upgrade, and On-going Support
• Experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions for clients
• Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident
Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management,
Knowledge Management or other ITSM application
• Proactive, hungry for learning and practicing
• Teamwork behaviour
• Experience in leading teams or mentoring colleagues
• A logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem
• Good ability to self-study and research new technologies
• Being able to communicate in English

Desirable:
• Knowledge of CSM, ITBM, ITOM
• Certified Service Provider Implementation Specialist
• ServiceNow CIS Certifications and accreditations
• Experience in Software Development Lifecycle and methodologies such as Scrum and Agile
• Key developers of projects
