Overview of job
We are currently looking for a Lead UX/UI designer to be a core part of our digital team and take the lead on projects. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating effective, intuitive and beautiful experiences.
The Lead UX/UI Designer will work with clients, Project Managers and technology teams to conceptualize and design our eCommerce solutions and other website and mobile platforms we create.
Position Responsibilities
- Understand user & client needs and work closely with our team of UX and UI designers to develop concepts and solutions.
- Create prototypes and animation examples to fully explain experiences
- Present design concepts and solutions
- Partner with our project managers, developers, and the members of the creative team to create consistency in the user experience on the platforms we create.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects
- Work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Provide UX/UI mentorship & oversight to more junior team members.

Job Requirement
- Highly developed design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work
- Strong capability with typography, layout, and prototyping
- Solid understanding of designing for functionality, navigation, interactions, and interfaces
- Strong communication skills (in English), self-motivated, excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience in developing design systems.
- A team player who enjoys a collaborative environment. You’re flexible and open-minded
- Understanding of what is feasible with HTML/CSS/JS.
- eCommerce experience is an advantage
- Experience with digital agency environment is an advantage
- Fluency in English is a must.
Prior Experience:
- 8-10+ years’ experience in interface design for websites, mobile platforms and eCommerce sites
